Transitional website

This website provides the publicly available information of trik.at during a technical transition. It currently provides no user accounts, bookings, payments, newsletter registration or protected course areas.

 

Hosting and server logs

The website and email delivery are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany. Technically necessary server log data may be processed when the website is accessed, including IP address, time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system. This processing supports the secure and stable operation of the website.

 

Contact and course enquiries

When you submit a form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, message and the related page. The information is sent solely to answer your enquiry through an encrypted, authenticated SMTP connection at ALL-INKL to trik@gmx.at. Your validated email address is set as the Reply-To address. The website does not store enquiries in its own database.

To prevent automated abuse, non-reversible checksums derived from the IP address and submitted email address, together with timestamps, are stored temporarily on the web server. They are used only to rate-limit the form and are deleted after no more than 48 hours.

 

Cookies and tracking

The transitional website uses no analytics, marketing or tracking services and sets no first-party cookies. It loads no external fonts or social media embeds.

 

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent with future effect and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
